Campus Police

Central Texas College police officers serve and protect our college and are fully-licensed and commissioned  with complete police authority to apprehend and arrest anyone involved in illegal acts on campus and areas immediately adjacent to the campus.

Campus Carry Implementation

Senate Bill 11 mandates all community colleges allow concealed handguns to be carried on campus effective August 1, 2017. Until then, Policy 130: Firearms and Weapons Policy remains in effect. It states "all use, storage, carrying or possession of a firearm or other weapon, concealed or otherwise, is prohibited on all campuses and at all college events."

Student & Employee Assistance Program (SEAP)

Free, confidential assistance is available to assist faculty, staff and students through individual counseling  related to anxiety and stress management, personal loss, test anxiety, depression and other personal issues. Group counseling and support groups, along with counseling referrals are also available.
