Institutional Effectiveness

  • Institutional Research - The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to provide Central Texas College decision makers with accurate, comprehensible, and timely information to facilitate data-informed decision making and to satisfy State and Federal accountability requirements.
  • Learning Outcomes Assessment - The area of Learning Outcomes Assessment (LOA) is responsible for coordinating CTC student learning outcomes assessment data. 
  • Quality Enhancement Plan - Central Texas College’s SACSCOC reaffirmation process includes creating and implementing a quality enhancement plan, the intent being to improve student learning and success. 
  • Strategic Planning - At the heart of CTC's strategic plan are its guiding principles: the mission, vision, and values. Our current strategic plan creates a vision for the college through the year 2018: Strategic Plan 2013-2018.
  • Student Achievement - Find performance metrics on critical measures of student success: Texas Higher Education Data, Online Institutional Resume, Licensure Rates, Transfer Student Success.

Instructional Program Support Services

  • Educational Programs - Policy Statement and Position Paper Education Program and Support Services, Education Program Guidelines (EPG), and Instructor Qualification and Approval Procedures (Policy 160).
  • Curriculum Management - Various curriculum management resources to include course syllabi, instructional materials, course approval and development forms, SCANS competencies, advisory and curriculumn review committees.
  • University Parallel - ACGM, articulation agreements, associate of arts and science degrees, and core curriculum.
  • Workforce Education - Annual data profile, associate of applied science, capstone courses, Carl D. Perkins Grant, GIPWE, and WECM.
  • State Agency Complaint Contacts - Students unable to resolve a complaint or grievance through the Central Texas College complaint and grievance process should contact the appropriate State Agency.
