IT Help Desk


The IT Help Desk will be closed for winter break starting December 20, 2021. Normal operations will resume January 3, 2022.


The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for computing and telephone services offered by the CTC IT Division. We are located in building 551 of the main campus in Killeen, Texas.

KACE Ticketing System
In the future, if you’d like to bypass calling or emailing the IT Help Desk in order to have a ticket created, our KACE ticketing system lets faculty and staff create new tickets and view updates to tickets in real time.

New Users (New Email Account & Etrieve Activation)
If you are a new user, please log into your CTC e-mail account as soon as you receive your assigned default password. Upon signing in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password. Once a new password has been set, please sign into Etrieve to activate your Etrieve account. You cannot send or receive eForms until you complete this process.

If you have lost or cannot remember your default password, please call the IT Help Desk. (We cannot transmit passwords via e-mail.)

Security Reminder
As a reminder, the IT Help Desk will never send you an email requesting your username or password. If you receive a suspicious message or phone call, please contact the IT Help Desk.

Password Reset
The IT Help Desk can help reset the following passwords for faculty and staff:
-- Windows (This password is also used for Outlook, Outlook Web App/Access (OWA), Office 365, Etrieve, and Jabber.)
